Payments & Policies
Nancy Campbell Academy does not charge an application fee to apply.
To move forward with the admissions process, families are required to pay a $150 interview deposit to book the student interview. This deposit confirms the family’s intent to proceed and allows the admissions team to schedule the interview.
If a student is accepted, full tuition or a minimum tuition deposit is required to secure the student’s place:
International students: $5,000 minimum deposit
Canadian and U.S. students: $1,000 minimum deposit
This deposit is a good-faith payment that demonstrates the family’s sincerity in moving forward with enrollment. The full amount of the deposit is applied toward the student’s first-year tuition fees.
Once the required deposit has been received, families will receive next steps regarding tuition payment, enrollment documents, and preparation for the student’s first day at Nancy Campbell Academy.
For US and International applicants, partial refunds are available only if a student visa is denied.
To qualify for a refund, the student must provide Nancy Campbell Academy with the original visa refusal letter from the Consulate. The letter must clearly name the student and include the relevant personal details connected to the visa application.
The student must also return all original documents provided by Nancy Campbell Academy for the purpose of acceptance, including the original Letter of Acceptance and the Custodian Declaration Form.
If a student visa is denied and the above conditions are met, $4,000 CAD will be refunded. The remaining $1,000 CAD will be retained as a document-processing fee.
No other refunds will be given.
Nancy Campbell Academy requires 60 days’ written notice for student withdrawals before the next intake period.
Our main intake periods are September and January. Families who wish to withdraw a student before one of these intake periods must provide written notice at least 60 days in advance.
Once a semester has begun, no fees will be refunded.
No fees will be refunded in the case of student expulsion.
Inspired by the principles of service and unity in diversity, Nancy Campbell Academy is a world embracing school where students find authentic happiness in a supportive community.
We offer a unique education that values character as much as grades, preparing students for a life of leadership and purpose.
We would like to acknowledge that Stratford is on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, and Neutral (Attawandaron) peoples.
This treaty land is rich in Indigenous history and remains home to many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples today.
We are grateful for the opportunity to live, work, and play on this land.
