We aim to make the admissions and payment process clear for prospective families. Below is an overview of what families can expect once they begin the admissions journey.
1. Inquiry and Initial Contact
After a family submits an inquiry, our admissions team will reach out with a warm welcome and helpful information about the school, the application process, and student life.
2. Application Submission
Families who wish to move forward will be invited to complete and submit an application for admission.
3. Interview Fee
Once an application has been reviewed, families may be issued an invoice for an interview fee. This fee confirms the family’s intent to continue with the admissions process and allows us to proceed with scheduling the student interview.
If the student is accepted and enrolls, the interview fee will be applied toward tuition.
4. Interview Scheduling
After the interview fee has been paid, the admissions team will schedule the student interview. The interview is part of the school’s review process and helps determine whether the student is a good fit for the program.
5. Admissions Review
Following the interview, the admissions team will review the application, interview, and supporting materials before making an admissions decision.
6. Invitation to Enroll
Students who are approved for admission will receive an official invitation to enroll from the school.
For international students, please note that an invitation to enroll is not the same as a formal letter of acceptance. A formal letter of acceptance is issued only after the required tuition payment has been completed.
7. Tuition Invoice and Payment Options
Once a student has been invited to enroll, families will receive a tuition invoice.
Families may have the option to:
Pay a tuition deposit to secure the student’s place, or
Pay the full tuition amount upfront.
The tuition deposit is applied toward the total tuition balance.
8. Scholarships and Supporting Documents
Families applying for scholarship funding or financial support may experience additional processing time while approvals, documentation, or third-party funding confirmations are being completed.
To avoid delays, families are encouraged to submit all required documents as early as possible.
9. Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed once the required payments and admissions documents have been received and processed by the school.
After enrollment is confirmed, families will continue to receive helpful communications from the school to support a smooth transition before the first day of classes.
Important Payment Notes
- All fees and tuition payments must be made by the deadlines provided on the invoice.
- Interview fees are applied toward tuition only if the student is accepted and enrolls.
- A student’s place is not fully secured until the required tuition deposit or full tuition payment has been received.
- For international students, formal acceptance documents are issued only after required payment has been completed.
- Scholarship or funding applications may extend the admissions timeline.
We have a rolling deadline for applications and accept students for intakes in both August and January.
We recommend applying as early as possible to ensure a place.
Along with the completed application form, you will need to provide copies of the applicant's most recent school transcripts or report cards from the previous two school years, a copy of the applicant's passport (photo page only), and a copy of their updated immunization records.
The 30-minute interview with one of our Vice-Principals is a friendly and supportive conversation.
It is not a pass-or-fail situation.
The interview is designed for us to get to know the student, to see how we can best meet their needs, and to determine if NCA is a good school-student match.
For US and International applicants, partial refunds are available only if a student visa is denied.
To qualify for a refund, the student must provide Nancy Campbell Academy with the original visa refusal letter from the Consulate. The letter must clearly name the student and include the relevant personal details connected to the visa application.
The student must also return all original documents provided by Nancy Campbell Academy for the purpose of acceptance, including the original Letter of Acceptance and the Custodian Declaration Form.
If a student visa is denied and the above conditions are met, $4,000 CAD will be refunded. The remaining $1,000 CAD will be retained as a document-processing fee.
No other refunds will be given.
Students who thrive here are often curious, values-driven, and eager to grow.
We welcome students who are open-minded, willing to learn, and ready to be part of something bigger than themselves.
Many of our students are those who may have felt unseen or out of step in larger, more traditional school systems.
Yes, absolutely. We welcome students and families from all faiths and backgrounds.
NCA is not a religious school; rather, it is a school inspired by the universal principles of the Baha'i Faith, such as service to humanity and unity in diversity.
Yes.
Our application form includes sections to note any learning disabilities or whether a student has an I.E.P. (Individualized Education Plan).
Because our classes are small, we can often provide the close-knit community and assistance students may need. The admissions interview is a key part of determining if we can meet a student's specific needs.
Yes.
A core part of our philosophy is learning through service to others. All students are required to perform a minimum of fifty hours of community service each year.

We would like to acknowledge that Stratford is on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, and Neutral (Attawandaron) peoples.
This treaty land is rich in Indigenous history and remains home to many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples today.
