Welcome! We are so glad you are exploring the possibility of joining the Nancy Campbell Academy community. Our admissions process is designed to be a supportive conversation. A chance for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us.

We are looking for students who are ready to be part of something bigger than themselves, and our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
While academic potential is important, we are just as interested in your character, your curiosity, and your desire to contribute to our community. We’re looking for students who are open-minded, willing to grow, and eager to learn.
Our admissions process is about finding a wonderful school-student match, ensuring NCA is a place where you can truly thrive.
We’ve designed our process to be as clear and straightforward as possible.

The first step is to complete our inquiry form. This lets our team know you are interested in NCA.
You will then receive an email with the application form that you will need to submit along with your supporting documents. This includes your report cards or transcripts from the previous two school years and a copy of your passport.

Once we review your application and determine if NCA is a good fit for you we will request a deposit and schedule a 30-minute interview with you and one of our Vice-Principals.
This is not a test or a high-pressure situation. It’s a friendly conversation for us to learn more about you and for you to ask us questions.

Our team carefully reviews each application. Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Invitation with the final invoice and details for enrollment.
Upon full payment, you will receive your official Letter of Acceptance and all necessary documents to begin your journey at NCA.
Inspired by the principles of service and unity in diversity, Nancy Campbell Academy is a world embracing school where students find authentic happiness in a supportive community.
We offer a unique education that values character as much as grades, preparing students for a life of leadership and purpose.
We would like to acknowledge that Stratford is on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, and Neutral (Attawandaron) peoples.
This treaty land is rich in Indigenous history and remains home to many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples today.
We are grateful for the opportunity to live, work, and play on this land.
