Our leadership team is deeply committed to upholding the mission and values of Nancy Campbell Academy. They work collaboratively to foster an encouraging, integrated community and ensure every student is known, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

As the founder and principal, Mr. Naylor has cultivated NCA’s unique educational philosophy for over 30 years, building a school where academic excellence is integrated with moral and social development.

Ms. Naylor-Thimm serves alongside Mr. Naylor, guiding the school’s mission and community.

Mrs Rowhani is dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment where students feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
To that end, she oversees a wide range of administrative
responsibilities that help the school run smoothly—from supporting teachers, residential, kitchen and maintenance staff and managing day-to-day operations, to coordinating schedules and ensuring that school policies are upheld with care and consistency.

Ms Schaefer is dedicated to supporting students through their high school journey.
Praised by graduates for her support and for pushing them to reach their full capabilities, she plays a key role in student life and admissions interviews.
Inspired by the principles of service and unity in diversity, Nancy Campbell Academy is a world embracing school where students find authentic happiness in a supportive community.
We offer a unique education that values character as much as grades, preparing students for a life of leadership and purpose.
